Also @Ross Anthony that is odd that the verification email did not arrive as I haven’t had this error reported before and recently tested it several times. Let’s see if other users report it too, otherwise, might have been a 1 off blip?

When I tried to create an account using rostofer@gmail.com it didn’t say there was an existing account, it prompted me to check my inbox for a verification email but it never came (nothing in spam either).
So I ended up using ross@velo33.com instead and was able to create a new account, the verification email arrived no problem.

@Chanuki Illushka Seresinhe I’m not quite sure whether I already had an account setup using this email from previous testing, if so should the account have persisted and let me reset the password?
